In collaboration with suppliers VideoRay and Voyis, NjordX conducted a field exercise together with FMV. The aim was to support the engineering troops in their daily operations and to present alternatives and support for underwater documentation ahead of field work.
An underwater vehicle from VideoRay, the Mission Specialist Defender, along with their new product Ally, was demonstrated. Both vehicles are equipped with underwater sensors such as sonar and cameras. During the exercise, Voyis also presented their cameras, which can generate real-time 3D images of photographed objects below the surface.
– It’s always a pleasure to be part of the Swedish defence and to contribute to a stronger and more efficient force, says Andreas Rydin, CEO, NjordX.
