NjordX is expanding its partner network with NORBIT, a global provider of hydroacoustic technology. The partnership broadens our portfolio within hydrographic surveying, seabed mapping and marine sensor systems.

NjordX enters into a partnership with Elwave. The partnership provides Swedish customers with access to advanced underwater sensing technology for applications in defence, marine industry, critical infrastructure protection and research.

Following the completion of the work on KBV 202, the assignment continues with the lifetime extension of the KBV 201 series. Earlier this week, KBV 201 arrived at the shipyard in Landskrona, where NjordX and MilDef, as suppliers to Oresund DryDocks, are now beginning phase two of the project.

In connection with the installation of new GNSS equipment, training is also conducted to ensure that the crew has the necessary knowledge for stable and accurate positioning, even in situations such as jamming.

The event concluded after three days with high activity, strong commitment and valuable meetings at a pace that never let up.

Commissioning, sea trials and final interior finishing onboard KBV 202 have been completed, and Oresund DryDocks has today formally handed over the vessel to the Swedish Coast Guard.
